Annie and Daisy?by mamabean
Carolynn?s layout inspired me so much. The soft papers she used, the cool color palette and her delicate embellishments all create a wonderful sense of love and family. And look at her layering techniques! This is just a gorgeous layout.
Hello Fall by naomiatkins
Naomi did a beautiful job with this fall-themed layout. The photo is full of bright colors but the overall feel of the layout is soft and gentle. She used muted brown and orange shades of paper and added die-cuts with the same soft colors, as well as adding in some even softer, lighter pieces of kraft paper and embellishments. Beautiful!
This is Me by Patricia
Patricia?s idea to scrap an All About Me about herself, including small square photos with captions underneath to give us a snapshot of who she is right now, is very inspiring. Years down the road, her family is going to absolutely treasure layouts like this. Her design is just as wonderful ? she created two columns of photos and captions and layered them over some soft papers and embellishments. She added her title and then another column of just embellishments on the other side of the page which adds balance and interest ? I love everything about this page.

The design of Trace?s layout is simply gorgeous and drew me in immediately. Her blending techniques are outstanding and allow the soft papers and textures to really shine. But what really moved me was her photo and journaling. She is not afraid to scrap the difficult parts of her life and she does it so beautifully and eloquently. She?s an inspiration all around and I?m so thrilled that she chose to share this layout.
It?s Christmas by sstringfellow
And oh my gosh, how adorable is this little mouse! I?ve included two of Susan?s cards this week because she has done a tremendous job of showcasing one stamp used two different ways. In this first card, she stamped the adorable skating mouse and colored it with watercolors. She placed the stamp over an?accordion-folded circle and then layered that over some holiday-themed paper and a burlap ribbon.

In Susan?s second card, she used the same?skating mouse stamp but watercolored it very differently and then used crisp, colorful flags and clean white punched cardstock borders at the top of her card. The effect is clean and simple and absolutely adorable. I?m always a fan of finding ways to use supplies in varied ways and these cards are a great example of that.
And there you have them -?our gallery highlights for the week! As I say every week, I really wish we had time and space to feature more of the amazing designs out there. ?Thanks so much to all of the designers who shared their work with us this week.
